A 1 MW distributed solar PV project at Shisheng Fangfu in Yanshan County, Hebei Province has successfully achieved grid connection, adding another completed industrial rooftop solar project to CDS SOLAR’s growing project portfolio.
Located at an industrial facility, the project makes use of available rooftop space to generate clean electricity directly at the site. For manufacturing and industrial businesses with significant electricity demand, distributed PV provides an effective way to utilize existing buildings while increasing the share of renewable energy in their electricity consumption.
The successful grid connection marks an important milestone for the project, moving it from construction and installation into actual operation.
