Advanced Site Adaptation & Protection Features
Site Slope Conditions:
The innovative HZ-SX™ tracker offers exceptional flexibility, allowing installation almost anywhere. It provides complete freedom in east-west slopes tolerance and accommodates a generous 15% (8°) grade in the north-south direction.
Storm Protection Function:
Based on regional data correlation between solar radiation and wind speed, the tracker activates storm protection, moving to a survival position (horizontal) when wind speed exceeds 12m/s (or 3-second gust exceeds 18m/s).
Blizzard Protection Function:
A dedicated snow sensor monitors snow thickness in real-time. Upon reaching a set thickness, the tracker adjusts to a maximum angle of 60°, allowing snow to slide off the PV panel surface. This is validated by our snow sliding experiments and aligns with the EUROCODE standard, which specifies a snow load factor of 0 at 60°.
Efficient Installation
The HZ™ tracker’s efficient structural design uses less steel than conventional trackers, with fewer parts for quicker installation. It eliminates the need for drive shafts or extra cabling. The HZ™ tracker B type is self-grounded, saving costs and labor associated with installing grounding washers, braided straps, bare copper wire, and grounding rods.
